BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute program challenges all your major muscle groups using the best strength exercises. Great music, professional instructors and your own weight choice will inspire you to get the results you're aiming for - and fast!

BODYCOMBAT is a great high-energy workout, inspired by Eastern martial arts with movements from karate, taekwondo, kung fu, kickboxing and tai chi. In no time you will get in great shape and become stronger. You fight against an imaginary opponent and you don't do any difficult moves. Stress and tension dissolve like snow in the sun and at the end you feel like a real champion!

At BODYBALANCE you can enjoy movements from yoga, tai chi and pilates. It is your personal time-out from everyday life and ensures a healthy body and mind. You do simple and safe yoga movements to make your entire body stronger and more flexible. Controlling your breathing is part of all movements and the instructor always provides options for novice participants.

A LES MILLS CORE class contains all the ingredients for a stronger body and a slim waist. A strong core makes you stronger in all the things you do – it's the glue that connects all parts of your body. At LES MILLS CORE you also get exercises for firmer hips, buttocks and lower back. All exercises in LES MILLS CORE have options, so it's challenging but also achievable for your own fitness level. At LES MILLS CORE you not only use your own body weight, but also resistance bands and weight plates.

BODYATTACK is an intense fitness program with movements for both beginners and advanced users. We combine athletic movements with strength exercises, so that you train your entire body. The instructor will guide you through the workout and motivate you if you need it. BODYATTACK challenges your limits in a positive way and you achieve results quickly. RPM is an indoor cycling class to the rhythm of motivational music. You burn a lot of calories and you get fit quickly. RPM is based on cycling and consists of a number of climbs and sprints. You determine the intensity of your workout yourself with a resistance button on the bikes and your pedal speed. This way you can increase the training intensity after a while. Instructors demonstrate all basic cycling movements, such as standing up, sitting in the saddle, changing hand positions, increasing and decreasing speed.

Get to know simple, but super fun dance moves! You don't need any dance experience to participate in SH'BAM. Every lesson is fun, unique and varied. Your instructor will guide you through the simple, but fun movements. You feel like you're in a trendy club!

BODYJAM consists of a great mix of music, culture and dance. It's cardio fun at its best for anyone who likes to dance and move. BODYJAM consists of: Dance, Hip Hop, Drum 'n' Bass and Trap. The program is made up of blocks and each phase ends with a complete dance where you can go all out. An addictive mix of the latest dance styles to the coolest music.

BODYSTEP is a cardio workout for the whole body that will quickly make you fitter. Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs - that is the core of BODYSTEP - so you will get toned legs and buttocks in no time. We alternate rhythm and flair with athletic movements to train your entire body. The instructor always gives you plenty of options.

LES MILLS TONE combines blocks of strength, cardio and core training into a complete and effective workout. A LES MILLS TONE training consists of a mix of exercises to train the entire body and increase the heart rate. The multi-peak workout helps burn calories and build fitness and strength, but you also improve your energy levels, flexibility, balance, agility and core strength.

LES MILLS ® SHAPES is a full-body, low-impact strength training that combines Pilates, Barre and Power Yoga-inspired exercises with spicy house and disco beats in an energetic workout to make you stronger and more flexible.

LES MILLS Strength Development is a training program in which you do progressive, controlled and functional strength exercises to become stronger. This makes LES MILLS Strength Development suitable for both beginners and more experienced strength athletes. You train individually, but in a group of people under the guidance of a coach. The music is supportive and motivating, but is not used to move in a rhythm.

LES MILLS SPRINT is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on the bike. It is an intense hard style training. No long rides, just 30 minutes of HIIT. Because the workout is short, you are challenged to get the most out of yourself. You achieve results quickly with minimal strain on the joints. Intensity peaks alternate with pauses.

LES MILLS GRIT is a high-intensity 30-minute interval training (HIIT) series that delivers effective fitness results quickly. Each of the LES MILLS GRIT workouts - Cardio, Strength and Athletic - are designed to train the body in different ways. All three use the very best training techniques, music and workout choreography to motivate you to push your limits.

LES MILLS ORIGIN is an innovative bodyweight training focused on resilience, mobility, strength and muscle balance that allows us to explore the possibilities of the fundamental movements of our body.

Inspired by Jiu-Jitsu, integrated strength training and primary movement patterns, LES MILLS ORIGIN moves your body the way it was designed. It teaches you to move freely and accurately. It gives you an increased feeling of connection with your body and mind, which brings out your inner strength.

 

LES MILLS DANCE is the latest high-energy dance workout of 45 minutes and consists of 10 separate tracks, each with its own choreography. Each release consists of a warm-up, three cardio peaks and a cool down. In this dance workout you will dance the latest dance moves to modern music from different dance styles. During Les Mills Mega Quarterly 2023 we will launch the very first release! 🤩
