REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
A ticket for Les Mills Mega Quarterly 2023 costs €114.95 excl. VAT. So keep in mind that if you make your own payment as an instructor or consumer, you also pay VAT.
As an instructor you can log in via www.portal.lesmills.nl with your card number and the corresponding password via the middle option 'instructors login'. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on 'forgot your password' and receive a new password in your email. Please note: this is a password that you cannot change to your own password.
You can view your registrations and tickets here. If your club does not reimburse the Mega Quarterly, you can also purchase your ticket yourself via this portal. The rate for you as an instructor is also € 114.95 excl. VAT. So keep in mind that you also pay VAT if you pay yourself.
You can log in via www.portal.lesmills.nl via the left option 'club login'. The username is a 5-digit code and your own password, if applicable. If you do not remember this password, you can request a password reset. This will only be received to the email address of the club contact person known to Les Mills. Registrations made for instructors via the club portal will be included in the invoice to the club.
Do you have an Independent Instructor Agreement with Les Mills? Then you can log in as a 'self-employed person' via the left option on www.portal.lesmills.nl with the codes that you also use to make your regular quarterly registrations, please note: this is not your card number on your Les Mills card! This concerns the login to your account of your Independent Instructor Agreement. You have previously received this by email. As an Independent Instructor, you pay a reduced rate that you will receive by invoice after the Mega Quarterly. Participation in the Mega Quarterly is therefore not part of your Independent Instructor Agreement.
Your ticket includes 4 masterclasses, unlimited Generic Workshops and access to the Les Mills Party. You will then see all possible lessons next to your name. If a lesson is full, the system will indicate this. When a lesson is fully booked, the system will display this. You cannot book lessons that overlap, so put together a program yourself that is well distributed in terms of time and intensity. You can add ADD-ONS immediately or you can always do this later. Consider an extra masterclass, the event t-shirt or the releases of the program for which you are certified.
NOTE: if you are a Basic-Fit or FFF/SC instructor, different conditions apply to the tickets purchased from the club. Please check your email carefully or contact your team leader/club manager.
Yes, that's possible! Go to www.portal.lesmills.nl and log in as an instructor with your card number and password. You will then see what you have already registered for and you can add master classes via ADD-ONS and pay directly via iDeal or Credit Card. An additional masterclass costs €16.50 excl. VAT.
Als je bij meerdere clubs lesgeeft dan zal je zelf moeten navragen wie voor jou de volledige aanmelding van het Mega Quarterly kan/wil doen. Je kunt dus nu via 1 club al je programma’s volgen omdat je aan 4 lessen deel kan nemen. Je kunt maar door 1 club aangemeld worden. Ben je volgens het portal van de club die jou in wilt schrijven niet zichtbaar, neem dan contact met ons op via kwartaalopleidingen@lesmills.nl. Dit heeft dan dan te maken met een instelling in jouw account die Les Mills dan om moet zetten.
If you did not purchase the event t-shirt with your ticket, you can still purchase it separately at the Les Mills Merchandise shop on location! Please note, there is a limited stock.
The Mega Quarterly ticket does not include the digital release. If you want the digital release of your program for which you are certified in your portal and Les Mills Releases App, you must purchase this separately as an ADD-ON. We can offer these at a reduced rate for €15.00 excl. VAT (instead of €29.95 excl. VAT). After purchasing the release before the Mega Quarterly, you will have it in your account no later than November 16 before 5 p.m. Always carefully check your (already made) registrations and registrations via www.portal.lesmills.nl and registrations before placing an order, so that you do not purchase the same thing twice. Cancellation is no longer possible.
Waarschijnlijk sta je dan als ambassadeur voor het programma, met het e-mailadres van jou óf de club daaraan gekoppeld. Hierdoor wordt er op naam al een digitale release besteld. Staat niet jouw eigen e-mailadres vermeld bij jouw rol als ambassadeur, dan kan de digitale release los nabesteld worden ná het Mega Quarterly door jouw club via bestellingen@lesmills.nl. Dit is helaas niet mogelijk via de portal.
Yes, the release of Mega Quarterly is part of your Independent Instructor Agreement. So you do not have to make an additional application for this. The release will be in your account no later than November 16 before 5 p.m.
If you are an independent instructor, you can also register a fan/consumer via your account! Follow the steps in the portal to add a consumer. After you have received confirmation from Les Mills NL/BE, that person will be listed in your account and you can put together a program. After this you can also pay immediately. This is different from the payment method you use as an Independent Instructor yourself, which is done by means of an invoice. As an Independent Instructor you have a discount rate, the fan/consumer you register under your account will be charged € 114.95 excl. VAT on your invoice at the normal rate.
You go to the website www.megaquarterly.com and click on consumer. Have you ever purchased a ticket with your existing email address? Then request a password reset, otherwise you will encounter a duplicate message. If you register as a consumer for the first time, go through the steps to create your own account. You can then put together your ticket and pay immediately.
No, unfortunately this is not possible. Because every ticket purchased can no longer be canceled, no more places can become available. Full is really full unfortunately.
If there are still spots for the desired lesson, that is possible. You can arrange this at the information desk at the Mega Quarterly. See the map for this. Please note: this extra lesson must be paid for immediately (€ 16.50 excl. VAT), no invoice can be sent afterwards.

Of course! Les Mills Mega Quartely counts for 1 touchpoint per program (in which you are certified).
Your ticket is good to participate in 4 classes! You can also participate in classes for which you are not certified. In the Kempenhal we also offer lessons that fall under 1 of the 4 master classes that you can choose. In addition to the 4 master classes, you can also participate in the Generic Workshops without any restrictions. If you want to participate in more than 4 masterclasses, you can book the ADD-ON yourself for € 16.50 excl. VAT per masterclass.
Yes, that is possible, if you want to do 2x BODYPUMP that day, for example. We do recommend choosing a variation in your daily program.
No, unfortunately this is no longer possible after you have made your choice via the registration portal and your ticket is final. Please put together your program carefully before completing the order or payment.

You must have your Les Mills ID card scanned at the entrance of the hall, your registration is linked to it. Make sure that you have your ticket scanned, otherwise your participation will not be registered and you will miss the touchpoints.
Are you not a ?Les Mills instructor? Then you have your (printed) ticket scanned at the entrance of the hall.
No, you enter in order of the row and you can then choose a spot where you would like to participate. If this concerns a cycling program, you choose your own bicycle.
You can pick this up at the Les Mills information desk. Check the map to see where you can find it at the location. You must have your pass or ticket scanned for this. There is 1 gift for each participant in the Mega Quarterly.
There are no lockers available, so you have the option to take your bag with you into the rooms. You can also enter and leave the location at any time, so you can also return to the car.
Yes, that is possible, there is a men's and women's changing room on location. There are also a number of rooms in the hotel where you can shower and change. You can find this on the map of Les Mills Mega Quarterly. Availability is on a walk-in basis.
No, this is unfortunately not possible without registration.
Yes, that's possible. There will be a catering square in the Kempenhal where sandwiches and drinks can be purchased. If you want something more extensive, you are welcome in the bar/restaurant of NH Koningshof itself.
Yes, it is free parking at the location with plenty of parking.
Ja, er stopt een bus vlakbij de locatie. Check www.9292ov.nl wat voor jou de snelste verbinding is! Houd er alleen rekening mee dat de bussen maar tot een bepaalde tijd rijden, mocht je ook aanwezig willen zijn bij het feest!
Party
No, the party on Saturday evening is free for all Les Mills Mega Quarterly participants and is included with your registration and/or ticket. Costs for refreshments are at your own expense. Consumption tokens are used.
No, you can bring a friend to the party on Saturday evening for free. They also do not have to buy a ticket, but refreshments are at their own expense.
No, that is not necessary, your ticket will include your registration for the party. Do you want to be able to party without any worries? Then see if a hotel stay is an option for you!
Les Mills Mega Quarterly and the party is completely themed, so dressing up is certainly appreciated, but is not mandatory. Previous years have shown almost everyone dressing up! So check carefully which character you want to be from the Time Warp and we will hopefully see you at the party!
Digital release
No, your digital release is not included. Your club or you must order this if it is not checked as ADD ON during the registration procedure. An adjusted rate of €14.95 excl. VAT applies for this instead of €29.95 excl. VAT. In the week after the Mega Quarterly, the information email about reordering the digital release will be sent to the clubs and instructors.
If it was indicated during your registration that you should receive the digital release, you will receive it in the week after the event. Please note, this must be indicated per program. A digital release kit costs €15.00 excl. VAT per program, per instructor. This rate only applies to participation in Les Mills Mega Quarterly 2023. Are you an ambassador instructor? You will then automatically receive the digital release kit in the week after Les Mills Mega Quarterly.
In the week after the event, participating clubs and ambassador instructors at Les Mills Mega Quarterly will receive the digital release.
As a regular Les Mills instructor, you will not automatically receive the digital release if you do not participate in one of the Les Mills Quarterly Workshops. You can reorder these separately after the last quarter weekend. You will receive an information email about how and when you can order this. If you have been appointed as an ambassador for your club with your email address linked to it, you will receive this after the last quarter weekend.
